Here at Nuneaton Taekwon-Do we're firm believers that Taekwon-Do is for everybody, regardless of age or ability. A club is nothing without it's members and every month we'll be introducing you to one of our students.
Our Student Spotlight for June 2019 is Tommy, an 8th kup who trains in our Friday night classes.

Why did you start Taekwon-Do?
I mainly joined Taekwon-Do because my friend Lucas did and I didn’t do any other sports.
What’s your favourite part of class?
What has surprised you the most about training?
The different meanings and having to learn a different language.
Where do you see yourself in a year?
When you’re not training, what do you like to do?
Play video games like Fortnite, I like play as Dream

Sparring. Because I like to show my show my kicks and spar with my friends.
What has surprised you the most about training?
Where do you see yourself in a year?
To grade successful to my Green belt, I want to do more competitions.
When you’re not training, what do you like to do?
Tommy will soon be entering his first Taekwon-Do tournament, the BTF British Championships in Hereford, where he will compete in Patterns, Sparring and Power. We wish him the best of luck!
