It's nearly time for the BTF British Taekwon-Do Championships...
Entry is available to students from 9th kup (yellow stripe) and above however all students, parents and supporters of Nuneaton Taekwon-Do are invited to come and support.
🥋 Ages 4 to 7 can compete in:
Patterns (4-directional punching)
Dragons Tail sparring
Power Pad (using front kick)
🥋 Children Ages 7 to 13

Sparring (from yellow belt) full sparring kit required
Power Pad (from yellow belt)
Special Technique (from blue belt)
🥋 Juniors 14 to 17
