September 2024 Blackbelt Training & Grading
Congratulations to George Wright II Dan and Datch Nayager I Dan
On Saturday 28th September, Carter Taekwon-Do hosted the British Taekwon-Do Federation National Training and Blackbelt Grading in Downham Market, Norfolk.
In attendance from Nuneaton were Mr Billy Iyalla, Mr Chris Bedward, George Wright, Miss Petrina Lancaster and Datch Nayager alongside our instructors Miss Danielle and Miss Natalie Williams.
After an enjoyable day spent learning all 24 ITF Taekwon-Do Patterns, self defence (hosin sul) and technical sparring, George and Datch presented themselves for testing. Both displayed an excellent of standard of Taekwon-Do throughout the day and they should be proud of themselves and how they represented the club. George was successfully promoted to 2nd Degree and Datch was successful in his promotion to 1st Degree making him the second Nuneaton Taekwon-Do student to complete their journey from White to Black Belt with us.
Thank you to Grand Master Wayne Brown IX for another excellent seminar and to Master Carter VII for hosting. Looking forward to the next National Training and Grading in December.
