November 2024 Blackbelt Training & Grading
Congratulations to Billy Iyalla IV Dan and Morgan Atorough-Holmes I Dan

On Saturday 30th November and Sunday 1st December, Wales Taekwon-Do and Taekwon-Do ARC hosted the British Taekwon-Do Federation National Training and Blackbelt Grading in Newbridge, Wales.
Saturday was focused on the colour belt syllabus with students in attendance from 9th kup through to Black Belt. Newly promoted Green Belts Mandy and Elssy attended and spent the day learning all of their Patterns plus step sparring and technical sparring. Meanwhile Miss Danielle taught the Black Belts in attendance concepts to improve their sport sparring.
On Sunday it was the 1st kups and Black Belts. After spending the day covering all 24 ITF Taekwon-Do Patterns from Chon Ji to Tong Il, Grand Master Brown then taught step sparring and techniques for traditional Taekwon-Do sparring.
After the training was the National Black Belt Grading where Mr Billy Ayalla and Morgan Atorough-Holmes presented for testing. Congratulations to both on their promotions to 4th Dan and I Dan respectively.
Thank you to Grand Master Wayne Brown IX for another excellent seminar and to Mr Tovey for hosting. Looking forward to the next National Training and Grading in February.
