Our Korean Kickboxing classes are suitable for all ages and abilities. Join our Nuneaton classes to get fighting fit in a fun and friendly environment with our experienced instructors.
In a typical class students can expect to cover:
- Kickboxing techniques and combinations
- Padwork
- Sparring
- Flexibility & Fitness training
Our classes are suitable for complete beginners through to the more advanced and students have the opportunity to regularly take part in competitions if they wish to do so.
Classes every Wednesday at 8.15 to 9.15 pm
